Hi!

First of all! I’m really glad you

(yeah you) found your way in here, to the english version of my popular Norwegian blog ROCKSTARpickup, that’s awesome. I have a passion for sharing my knowledge, especially when it can help other people.

My name is Fredrik Worren, known as ROCKSTAR in the Norwegian community. It’s just a silly internet alias which is kinda stuck to me.

Anyway. I’m a dating coach.

I coach guys how to meet, attract and seduce women. I have been running bootcamps with my partner, Jakob Løvstad – author, fighter and seduction guru . I also work as a salesman for a big company in Norway. Writing this blog is one of my big hobbies. Another is poker. Gotta love poker. Lets go all in, shall we?

I started out several years ago, have tried every method there is, and got coached by a very good danish guy, Neil Natura. I lived in a big apartment in the center of Oslo with six other awesome guys, picking up women full time. 16 hours a day for a period. That was intense. Crazy. But it got me where I am today. The living legend Johnny Soporno also stayed with us for a period, coaching us generously. Did I just namedrop? Sorry. The point is, I’m not full of shit. Attracting people into your life is just a skillset. And I’m here to give it all to the next guy. YOU.
